New Patient Consultation

If you have not previously attended the clinic, please book our initial consultation appointment. For your consultation, we ask you questions about your problem and perform a physical assessment. This allows us to determine if and how we can help you.
New Condition Consultation

This appointment is for patients who have developed a new complaint/condition to the one they originally attended the clinic for. The extra time allows for thorough assessment of your new complaint.
Re-examination Appointment

This appointment is for patients who have not attended an appointment for 12 months or more. It is common for existing problems to change, and new problems can develop.
Extended Treatment
£80
This option is for patients who have had an Initial Consultation appointment and have attended the clinic within a 1-year period. 40-minute appointment. The extra time allows for treatment combined with exercise-based therapy.
Treatment Appointment

This option is for patients who have had a New Patient Consultation and have attended the clinic within the last 12 months. Chiropractic care at its best. We believe that you shouldn’t have to waste your time and money on treatments that don’t work. So we only use treatments that have been proven to work for back and joint health.

We offer a free 10-minute consultation where we can discuss your symptoms, give expert advice, and help advise whether chiropractic care or other treatment options could benefit you.

Packages of Care
Our Signature Care Programs are available which offer a discount. This will be discussed during your New Patient appointment if they are appropriate for your plan of care. Progress Exams are included as part of your care program, as well as a Comprehensive Stretching Programme, and Comprehensive Strengthening Programme. Referral letters are included at no extra charge, if required.
The Pain Relief ProgramTM (5 weeks): Designed for patients experiencing new onset pain, such as lower back pain lasting less than 3 months. This program offers a less intensive course of treatment for simpler, more straightforward pain complaints, consisting of 8 sessions, including an extended Progress Exam session.
The Chronic Pain Relief ProgramTM (10 weeks) : Designed for individuals with pain conditions persisting for over 3 months that have typically not responded to other treatments. This program includes 12 sessions, featuring two extended Progress Exam sessions.
The Lumbar Spinal Stenosis ProgramTM (7.5 months): This program begins with an initial 6-week treatment phase followed by a 6-month monitoring period. It is designed for individuals with lumbar spinal stenosis who prefer to manage their condition without surgery or medication, and is most effective for those with mild to moderate stenosis. The program includes 18 sessions, featuring three extended Progress Exam sessions.
The Pain Relief Plus ProgramTM (6 weeks): Ideal for patients with new onset complex pain, such as lower back pain lasting less than 3 months. This program provides a more intensive treatment course for persistent pain complaints, consisting of 12 sessions, including two extended Progress Exam sessions.
The Headaches ProgramTM (10 weeks). Tailored for individuals with persistent headaches or migraines lasting over 3 months that have not responded to other treatments. This comprehensive program includes 16 sessions, featuring three extended Progress Exam sessions.

We can adapt treatment sessions based on your specific needs to ensure the most effective care. If you require treatment of more than one condition, pre-paid packages are available for longer Extended Treatment appointments. If you require Chiropractic Treatment plus K-Laser Therapy within the same appointment, pre-paid packages are available for Combined Treatment and K-Laser Therapy appointments. This will be discussed during your New Patient consultation if they are appropriate for your plan of care.

ChiroPlan Memberships
Join our ChiroPlan Memberships for consistent and personalised care that will keep your body functioning at its best.
Maintenance care is an option after your initial course of treatment that involves visits at regular intervals to help you manage your condition(s) on top of the self-care advice you are given by your chiropractor. Typically, this is every 4 to 8 weeks and can be adapted based on your individual needs.
We offer a range of payment options for maintenance care:
– Pay As You Go maintenance care appointment: £55.
– Maintenance care treatment packages (10% off): 6 sessions £300. 12 sessions £600.

Our clinic is registered with major Private Medical Insurance companies including Aviva, AXA, Healix, Vitality, WPA and Cigna. Please obtain an authorisation code from your insurer and provide that when you make your first appointment. If we are not provided with these authorisation details before your appointment takes place, normal appointment charges will apply for the appointment.
