How we look after your information (for children)
We keep information about you so we can help look after your health and give you the right care.

What information we collect
We may collect your name, contact details, and information about your health so we can understand how to help you.

How we use it
We use your information to:

• register you as a patient 
• provide your treatment 
• keep records of your care

Helping us write notes
When you talk with your chiropractor, they need to write notes about your care.

To help them focus on you, we sometimes use a tool called Heidi to turn what is said into written notes.

This may involve a short recording during your appointment. This recording is kept safe and is deleted as soon as possible and no later than the end of the next working day.

If you or your parent or guardian would prefer us not to use this, just let us know and we will take notes manually instead.

Who we share your information with
We may share your information with trusted organisations who help us run the clinic, but only when necessary and they must keep it safe.

Your choices
You (or your parent or guardian) can:

• ask what information we have about you 
• ask us to correct it 
• ask us to stop using it
